Revolutionizing health with India’s first smart aging center through EBG’s joint venture, ETTravelWorld

EBG, a diversified multi-sector conglomerate, has announced a strategic joint venture with AGEON, marking the launch of India’s first integrated longevity and smart aging brand. The new venture – AGEON EBG Wellness Private Limited – is designed to redefine the landscape of preventive health and wellness through a data-driven, technology-enabled approach designed to enhance vitality, recovery and long-term health.

The 50:50 partnership combines AGEON’s clinical and therapeutic expertise with EBG Group’s comprehensive franchise, marketing and technology ecosystem to deliver a scalable model for science-backed wellness. The joint venture will oversee brand expansion, franchise development, technology integration and quality assurance across India, while developing verticals for manufacturing health devices and nutritional supplements, and setting up accredited training academies for health professionals.

AGEON plans to open 50 centers across India over the next 12 months, with the first phase focusing on Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur and Ahmedabad, followed by tier II city expansion. The network will operate primarily through a Franchise Company-Owned (FOCO) model, along with corporate wellness and corporate partnerships. Franchise investments start at around INR 50 lakh, with variations based on the city and format.

Each AGEON center will offer protocolized, measurable and personalized programs that integrate advanced diagnostics with targeted interventions. The treatment portfolio includes red light therapy, oxygen chambers, infrared saunas, pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, and complementary therapies aimed at promoting cellular recovery, immune resilience, and healthy aging. These offerings will be supported by real-time monitoring tools, AI-based analytics, and evidence-based care frameworks that enable measurable progress for each client.

Driven by the EBG People-Planet-Progress philosophy, AGEON will implement standardized clinical pathways, quality controls and standardized customer experience protocols across its centers. This integration ensures consistency of service, transparency of results and effective expansion through digital communication. EBG’s franchise and technology platforms will enable the brand to seamlessly manage operations across multiple geographies.

Speaking about the launch, Mr. Hari Kiran, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of EBG Group said:

“With AGEON, we are bringing the future of health and longevity to India – something that is accessible, science-based and scalable. Our goal is to make preventative wellness a part of everyday life, grounded in data, diagnosis and trust.”

Adding a new perspective to the collaboration, Mr. Ranjith Menon, Founder and CEO, AGEON said:

“Our partnership with EBG allows us to scale clinical excellence through sustained structure and impact. Together, we aim to make AGEON the benchmark for evidence-based wellness in India, bridging the gap between healthcare innovation and the pursuit of longevity.”

The joint venture represents a convergence of healthcare, technology and sustainable business models – positioning AGEON as a transformative force in India’s $24 billion health and wellness market, which is increasingly shifting towards preventive and personalized health solutions. By aligning clinical precision with operational scalability, the partnership seeks to make advanced longevity therapies accessible to urban and peri-urban populations.

Over time, AGEON EBG Wellness plans to build a comprehensive ecosystem that not only focuses on wellness services but also includes device innovation, supplement formulation and therapist certification. These initiatives aim to set new standards of quality, transparency and safety in the rapidly evolving alternative health and healthcare sectors in India.

As India moves from reactive healthcare to proactive, data-informed health, AGEON’s entry marks a defining moment in the evolution of the country’s longevity economy. With its focus on measurable results, sustainable operations, and integrative well-being, the partnership between AGEON and EBG reflects a future where wellness, science and technology converge to extend life and health.
