Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has given the green light to the first phase of the Thiruvananthapuram metro project, the government announced on Friday. A statement from the head of state’s office says that the first phase of construction will connect the three stages of the technology park, the airport, the Tampanor bus and railway station, the secretariat and the hospital of the state medical college.
