Sarovar hotels, ‘Shoonyam Retreat’, mickey health guru dr. Mickey Mehta and Antar announced the launch of a wellness campaign co-developed with the digital wellness ecosystem under their mentorship. The program at Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya combines traditional wisdom and modern practices to create a space for self-healing, renewal and inner transformation.

Three retreats are planned over the next four months, each designed as a 3-night immersive experience. Sessions will include Yoga and Aqua Yoga, Guided Meditation, Healing Therapies, Dance Therapy, Satsangs and Bodhgaya star meditation. Guests will also have opportunities to participate in group wellness sessions involving Dr. Mehta, Buddhist monks and Satvik food practices.

The Marasa Sarovar Premiere, located in the Buddha Budhga, provides spiritual reception for enlightenment, initiation into the Buddha. The program aims to align with the property’s philosophy of healing, reflection and self-discovery, while providing participants with a wellness journey.

Participation is limited to 100 guests to ensure a personalized experience. Early bird reservations made before September 12 will receive a 10 percent discount, with an additional 10 percent discount available for bulk bookings of five rooms or more. The first withdrawal begins on October 9, 2025.
