Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises and India’s largest PPP airport operator, has announced a strategic agreement with AIONOS, an InterGlobe Enterprises company and a global leader in Artificial Intelligence. The collaboration will implement Agentic AI, a next-generation, multi-channel, multi-lingual solution designed to elevate the traditional help desk experience for passengers across Adani airports.

The AI-driven system aims to create seamless, consistent and personalized passenger engagement across voice, chat, web and mobile channels. Through this partnership, AIONOS will deploy its Agentic AI platform, IntelliMate™, which integrates conversational AI and intelligent automation. The system will help passengers access real-time information including flight updates, gate changes, baggage status and airport services in multiple languages ​​like English, Hindi and regional dialects.

Acting as a 24/7 smart concierge service, the solution will provide comprehensive, context-aware interactions, helping travelers navigate airports efficiently while enhancing satisfaction levels. By automating routine queries and providing real-time multilingual assistance, the platform will streamline customer support operations, reduce response times, and allow airport staff to focus on higher-value interactions.
