Building on its record set in 2024, Radisson Hotel Group has surpassed 210 hotels signed and opened in 2025, marking another year of strong performance across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The group’s continued momentum reflects its strategic focus on brand differentiation, sustainability and expanding accessibility for modern travellers.

“The year so far has seen Radisson Hotel Group succeed in our pursuit of excellence for clients and owners,” said Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Chief Global Development Officer. “Hotel openings have been carefully curated in line with what business and leisure travelers are looking for in 2025, and we have a very strong pipeline of hotel signings and anticipated openings.”

In Europe, Radisson Blu has consolidated its leadership as the region’s leading premium brand with significant additions in France, Germany, Turkey and Montenegro. Highlights include The Medlock Hotel at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium and the soon-to-open Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel in Paris. The Radisson Collection brand has also strengthened its luxury lifestyle presence with the opening of the Cour des Loges Lyon and the Paris debut of Banke Opera in 2026. Further additions in Budapest and Berlin showcase the brand’s focus on design-led heritage and contemporary sophistication. Radisson RED continues its global rise with new hotels in the UK, Romania, India, UAE and Thailand. The opening of Radisson RED Oslo City Centre, a Net Zero Hotel, highlights the group’s leadership in sustainability. The strategic partnership with PPHE Hotel Group will bring Radisson RED to London and introduce the art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio, expanding its design-focused urban presence.

Radissondivideals has grown to over 100 hotels since launching in 2020, driven by a flexible brand architecture that supports independent owners. In 2025, it expanded into several European and Asian markets, including the United Kingdom, Spain, India and the Philippines. The recent launch of the Premier, Boutique and Retreats sub-brands has enhanced guest choice and owner opportunity.

The core Radisson brand continues to advance by achieving sustainability milestones and first-to-market developments, including the opening of the Radisson Manchester City Centre, a net zero emissions verified hotel, and entering emerging markets such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Armenia and Saudi Arabia.

The Asia-Pacific region remains a major driver of growth. In China alone, 130 hotels have been signed and opened this year, bringing the number of hotels under construction to nearly 300, with Country Inn & Suites by Radisson emerging as the fastest-growing brand in the region. India continues to be a huge success story, crossing 200 hotels nationwide, supported by 59 new signings across 47 new cities over the past 18 months. The group now targets 500 hotels in India by 2030.

Radisson’s resort portfolio also continues to expand, with more than 160 properties globally in destinations such as Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Montenegro and India. Recent highlights include the Radisson Hotel Cannes, Radisson Collection The National Hotel, Brussels, and the launch of the Radisson Collection Resort, Galle for the first time in Sri Lanka.

“As we look to the future, our goal is clear: to deliver meaningful value to our owners, create memorable experiences for our guests, and drive responsible growth that strengthens communities around the world,” Younis concluded.
