Les Roches, a world-class hospitality organization, has partnered with Jetex to launch the first postgraduate diploma focused exclusively on luxury private aviation. The one-year program, which will begin in September 2025, is designed to meet the growing demand for highly skilled professionals in the rapidly expanding private aviation sector.
The advanced diploma in private aviation management offers a multicultural experience at the Les Roches campuses in Marbella (Spain), Crans-Montana (Switzerland) and Abu Dhabi (UAE). The curriculum includes topics such as luxury customer experience, aviation management systems and leadership in lifestyle environments.
In the second semester, students will undertake a guaranteed six-month internship with Jetex in the UAE, a region emerging as global aviation for private aviation. Graduates can choose to earn a diploma or study by one semester and can choose to extend one semester of a master’s in hospitality management with a unique specialization.
“This program allows students to live and learn in three of the best luxury tourism destinations,” said Carlos Deez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches. “By aligning our curriculum with industry needs, we aim to prepare graduates to pursue leadership roles in the global luxury private aviation sector.”
Adel Mardini, founder and CEO of Jetex, said, “The partnership with Les Roches marks an important milestone. Combining academic excellence with real-world operational training, it is shaping a new generation of talent nurtured in innovation, sustainability and service excellence.”
Admission requirements include a bachelor’s degree, advanced English and students under 30 years of age. Students can get job offers from JETEX after graduation.
Specialty aviation continues to grow worldwide, with the market expected to reach $55.2 billion by 2031.
