India’s preferred airline, India, on October 26, 2025, all three terminals of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), one of which is designed to optimize passenger capacity and improve the overall travel experience for passengers.
Under the new arrangement, flights 6E 2000 to 6E 2999, flights 2999 to 2999 and flights 2 to 6E 5999, along with all international departures, will continue to operate through Terminal 1, the airlines’ main domestic base.
The move has returned to Terminal 2 after a temporary suspension of operations and reflects the Airport’s commitment to smoother passenger flows and better terminal utilization.
A spokesperson for Indigo said the airline is committed to improving customer convenience, operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless travel experience across its extensive domestic and international network. The reallocation of flights is expected to support Delhi airport’s broader infrastructure and congestion management efforts.
