The board approved initial investments of 49% in four companies in the hospitality, leisure, infrastructure and health sectors.
EasyMyTrip Javasthile Hospitality Private Limited (JavaPhile), DoodlesDodling Entertainment Private Limited (Doodles), SSL Nirvana Grand Golf Developers Private Limited (SSL Nirvana) and Levo Beauty Private Limited (Levo).
With the investment in Mumbai-based Javasthile, EasyMyTrip aims to strengthen its presence in the growing hospitality sector and enhance customer experience through integrated travel and leisure offerings. The partnership opens up cross-promotional opportunities by creating bundled packages that diversify dining, stay and local experiences as well as revenue streams in the competitive travel and tourism landscape.
The acquisition of Thane-headquartered Doodles marks EasyMyTrip’s entry into the leisure and experiential entertainment space. Examining the rising demand for quality leisure and family experiences in India, the partnership will enable the company to tap into a fast-growing segment of aspiring consumers with high-value lifestyle and corporate experiences that go beyond traditional travel.
The investment in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra-based SSL Nirvana gives EasyMyTrip a high-end point in leisure infrastructure. The partnership allows the company to experiment with travel offerings while developing hospitality and experience, enriching the luxury travel portfolio. Nestled within a thriving tourism corridor with improved connectivity, SSL Nirvana’s project offers long-term, asset-backed value to EasyyTrip’s predominantly asset-light business model.
Further strengthening its diversification, EasyMyTrip entered the health and lifestyle segment through an investment in Levo, a GuruGram-based company that offers premium SPA, salon, salon, dermatology and aesthetic services. This move aligns with the growing demand for wellness-oriented travel experiences. The partnership will join EasyMyTrip, which specifically targets Levo’s footprint, especially the luxury and corporate segments, while targeting the luxury and corporate segments.
