Bird academy, the educational arm of the bird group Ministry of Tourism (MOT), Government of India and Indian Ministry of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), 3000 Iittlik Students in one year as an incredible Indian Tourism Facilitator Certificate (IITFC) programme.
The training program was developed by a team of specialists at the Bird Academy and will train young students as tour guides, customer service, maintenance and communication under the umbrella of the incredible India campaign, which offers an unparalleled service to tourists. Each training module will be delivered over eight hours of interactive, live and online training over two days. The training will be for students from India and each batch will consist of minimum 50 students. The letter of intent for the program was signed in March this year at a function held at Iittm, Gwalior.
In the memoranda ceremony, Rupinder Brar, ADG, MOT said, “As part of this program, we are happy to have a youth academy with the Ministry of Tourism and Tourism of India. Citizens of the country, we would like to express our gratitude to Gush Academy for bringing this forward.”
